What You'll Yo

As our Creative Production Manager, you’ll be a key player in the Creative & Content team, making sure that creative projects not only take off but land with impact. You will partner closely with the account management team locally and with the creative / production team centrally to steer projects from concept through to final delivery. On time, on brief, and in style.

Your responsibilities :

Lead Local Creative Projects : Oversee the development of local campaigns, ensuring every element — from visuals to copy — aligns perfectly with the brand vision.

Deliver Top-Quality Assets : Manage timelines and budgets to deliver creative materials that meet the highest standards.

Coordinate Production : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep production smooth and on schedule.

Be the Client Liaison : Act as the creative point of contact for clients, aligning expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Ensure Brand Consistency : Maintain a seamless creative voice across all channels — digital, print, and beyond.

Guarantee Quality & Compliance : Protect brand guidelines and ensure legal and campaign compliance at every step.

Manage Budgets & Deadlines : Oversee budgets, approve invoices, and keep projects on track financially and timewise.

Who You Are

3-5 years of experience in creative production, advertising, or content creation

Strong understanding of production workflows, from briefing to delivery

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!)
