What will I be doing?

As a Mixologist, you mix all drinks for our guests making sure that the unexpected wishes are met, while you support the team with serving them. You will be the narrators to our guest's exploration of BlueBlood’s commitment to culinary excellence; marrying great local flavors with thoughtful and meaningful attention to detail and a touch of Purivian magic!

More specifically, you will take on the following responsibilities :

Showcasing exceptional mixology skills by creating unique cocktails with a Purivian twist, utilizing the finest ingredients and techniques.

Deliver exceptional service, while supporting our young & dynamic team

Delighting guests with knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixers, as you guide them through our menu and make personalized recommendations.

Maintaining an inviting atmosphere at the bar and ensuring adherence to the high standards of cleanliness, including equipment maintenance, stock rotation, and organization.

Staying up-to-date with the latest mixology trends, constantly seeking opportunities to expand your repertoire.

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you have the following in your DNA :

• Excellent English language skills, Dutch is a bonus
• European passport required.
• Experience in the service industry.
• Enthusiastic learner with an open approach towards guests and team.
• You are able to work in a young team with various nationality and personalities
• Exceptional customer service skills, ability to entertain guests while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• We appreciate, relevant certifications and licenses in mixology but hire for personality.
