Electrical Engineer Team Lead - Naval Shipbuilding

Job Description :

The successful candidate will have experience leading small to mid-sized engineering teams, with a strong background in electrical engineering and project management. They will be able to finalize work packages within deadlines and possess excellent command of English (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver quality engineering work on time
• Coach the team to adhere to internal standards
• Manage vendors and subcontractors for timely project contributions
• Organize design checks and reviews for quality assurance
• Verify technical performance of vendors and subcontractors
• Perform technical analysis of offers with the Purchase department
