As a Guest Service Agent, you'll be the face of our hotel—delighting guests throughout the day and evening with warm, welcoming, and detail-focused service. You will be responsible for providing that “wow” factor, making sure everything is just right and exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.

Your Role
Provide exceptional and personalized service to all guests, day and night.
Create a welcoming, professional, and guest-first environment.
Be knowledgeable about all hotel services, amenities, and local highlights.
Organize transportation requests from Guests
Park cars of guests and handle the administration
Receive and carry luggage from guests to the hallway or rooms
Guide guests to the Front Office, rooms or any of our venues
Share general information about our facilities, e.g. appliances in the room
Collaborate closely with Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate efficiently with other departments to report issues or fulfill guest requests quickly and accurately.
What We’re Looking For
Flexible mindset : Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’re also open to helping other departments when needed.
Experience : Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment.
In possession of a driver's license.
Physically fit : Able to stay active and on your feet throughout the shift.
Tech-savvy : Comfortable using Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
Communicative : Strong verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
