Finance Specialist Controlling / Accounting to strengthen our team in Schiedam ! In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the financial health of our organization by delivering accurate reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting the strategic decision-making process. As part of a dynamic team, and reporting to the CFO Benelux, you’ll have a vital role in shaping and executing our financial policy and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Your role : As a Finance Specialist Controlling / Accounting , you take ownership of financial control and accounting processes in a versatile and hands-on role within a dynamic and growing international organization. You are expected to proactively identify risks and improvements, ensure compliance, and help professionalize our financial operations.

• Developing and implementing the financial policy for Everllence Netherlands B.V.
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Preparing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with Head Office.
• Identifying and analysing financial discrepancies, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Handling tax declarations (VAT, income tax) and liaising with tax authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including reports for the National Bank of the Netherlands.
• Overseeing salary administration input and ensuring correct payroll reporting.
• Carrying out final checks on sub-accounts and ensuring compliance with internal cost structures.
• Acting as Data Protection Coordinator and Compliance Ambassador.
• Managing day-to-day activities in the Finance, ICT, and Warehouse departments.
• Providing operational backup during absence of other management staff.
• Maintaining close cooperation with auditors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring adherence to internal guidelines, legal frameworks, and audit standards.
