As a Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the Medical Business Development Team for the Benelux region.This team is responsible for driving market expansion What will you do?

As a Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of the Medical Business Development Team for the Benelux region.This team is responsible for driving market expansion within the medical sector, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, paramedical institutions, and private dietetic practices. Your primary role will be to inform and advise (para)medical professionals on the use and benefits of our medical measurement devices.

While your work base will primarily be the company’s headquarters in Amsterdam, you will also have the flexibility to work partially from home, and will regularly be on the road engaging with clients across the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identifying and engaging with new potential clients to generate business opportunities in the medical sector
  • Conducting market research to formulate and execute effective sales strategies
  • Negotiating and finalizing sales contracts within the healthcare domain
  • Assisting in public tender processes in collaboration with medical institutions
  • Maintaining and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Delivering product training and technical support to healthcare professionals
  • Representing the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and professional events

Who are you?

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic professional eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic and international organization. You are proactive, flexible, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities throughout the entire sales process, both internally and externally.

Your qualifications include :

  • A completed higher vocational (HBO) or academic (WO) degree
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant commercial experience within the healthcare sector (this is a MUST)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Patient, persistent, and client-oriented
  • Effective in time and project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of InDesign or similar design tools is an asset
  • Ideally based in or near Amsterdam
