Duties & Responsibilities
- Independently carry out installation work for household connections and low-voltage networks
- Lay cables, make connections, and perform electrical work in line with safety and quality standards
- Follow all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Dutch working environment
- Once experienced, support and mentor junior technicians or apprentices in the trade
- Review and verify the work of apprentices to ensure compliance and standards are met
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum NQF Level 4 qualification in Electrical Infrastructure Construction or a similar field (e.g. N2 / N3 with Trade Test or equivalent practical experience)Wireman’s Licence or willingness to work towards Dutch equivalentsStrong understanding of low-voltage distribution systemsMinimum 2 years’ experience in residential or infrastructure electrical installationValid driver’s licenceHealth and safety awareness (e.g. basic first aid, working safely near roads) – further certifications will be facilitated abroad if requiredAbility to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with team membersA resilient, goal-driven attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanshipWhat’s on Offer
