Product Owner

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Owner to help drive a major digital transformation focused on Salesforce CRM.

In this role, you’ll turn business needs into a clear product vision and guide a cross-functional development team to bring that vision to life.

You will help shape and refine the roadmap, ensuring that both business value and technical feasibility are at the core of every decision. While Salesforce will be your main platform, you’ll also work across systems like Microsoft Azure to deliver an integrated, end-to-end solution.

Following your onboarding within the Salesforce-focused team, where you’ll be involved in projects like the development of customer and contractor portals, your responsibilities will grow to cover additional business units and international rollouts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and manage the product vision and roadmap within your domain.
• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and align priorities.
• Take part in Agile Scrum ceremonies and support your team in delivering real value.
• Break down business requirements into well-structured Epics and User Stories.
• Work closely with the Chief Product Owner to shape the product roadmap and coordinate with the Enterprise Architect to ensure technically sound solutions.
• Track team performance and ensure realistic, achievable sprint plans.
• Keep stakeholders informed of changes through clear communication, demos, and reviews.
• Stay up to date with developments from key technology providers like Salesforce and Microsoft, and identify features that can add value.

Experience within the Telecommunications industry is important for this client.
