We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at our European headquarters in Amsterdam.
- This role involves building strong relationships with customers, distributors, specifiers, and influencers.
- The successful candidate will develop and execute annual business plans for both new and existing accounts.
- Maintaining detailed customer data using CRM systems is also a key aspect of this position.
- A thorough understanding of lighting applications and how to deliver value to customers is essential.
- Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities is also required.
- Regular sales forecasts for assigned regions will be provided.
Requirements
A strong motivation to meet and exceed business goals is essential.Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in the LED industry is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.Fluency in English and German (French or other languages are a plus).Experience in architectural or signage lighting is a plus.Educated in electrical engineering or electronics is a plus.This role requires a background check.Benefits
