Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at our European headquarters in Amsterdam.

  • This role involves building strong relationships with customers, distributors, specifiers, and influencers.
  • The successful candidate will develop and execute annual business plans for both new and existing accounts.
  • Maintaining detailed customer data using CRM systems is also a key aspect of this position.
  • A thorough understanding of lighting applications and how to deliver value to customers is essential.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities is also required.
  • Regular sales forecasts for assigned regions will be provided.

Requirements

  • A strong motivation to meet and exceed business goals is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in the LED industry is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Fluency in English and German (French or other languages are a plus).
  • Experience in architectural or signage lighting is a plus.
  • Educated in electrical engineering or electronics is a plus.
  • This role requires a background check.
