We build cutting-edge software to identify and analyze the exposure of companies, properties, and financial assets to climate change and biodiversity impact, risks and opportunities. It’s our goal to alert investors of the biodiversity impact and risk profiles of their investments and to tackle climate change at the roots. Our mission is a big one and we’re looking for talented people to join us. Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between partnering organizations on projects concerning nature impacts, risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee the integration of nature related tools and data sets to create comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Employ agile development techniques in our cross functional delivery team which includes an end-to-end view of product development.
  • Engage with various stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies and models to assess biodiversity impact and risks, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and support resources to help clients understand and effectively use the integrated solutions.
  • Communicate complex topics in a simple way to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and lead large projects, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Specialized knowledge in biodiversity and nature-related risks in the context of the financial service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of climate and nature regulations and standards, such as TNFD, CSRD, SFDR, and TCFD.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in writing reports and position papers.
  • Skilled at providing training and resources to internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective use of tools and data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global partners and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with geospatial data and biodiversity metrics and experienced in data analytics.
