We are seeking a Head of HR Benelux to lead the regional people strategy and create meaningful impact across the workforce.
The Role
As Head of HR Benelux, you will serve as a strategic business partner to regional leaders and global stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of HR initiatives tailored to local needs. You will play a key role in aligning the workforce with the organization’s mission while creating an engaging, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR Strategy : Design and implement people plans aligned with global strategies, ensuring they reflect the needs of the Benelux region.
- Talent Acquisition : Attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent to support business growth.
- Employee Engagement : Build a positive, inclusive culture by fostering trust and collaboration across the workforce.
- Learning & Development : Drive training, career development, and succession planning initiatives to support employee growth.
- Compliance : Ensure alignment with labour laws in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and advise on employee relations.
- Compensation & Benefits : Conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
What We’re Looking For

About You :
Languages : Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
