Lead Developer

Qooling is a Quality and Safety Platform that supports companies in over 15 countries. The Qooling platform helps organizations to structure their Quality and Safety on a single solution. This centralized location provides them with a single point of access when it comes to their Quality and Safety, allowing them to be compliant with all kinds of national and international standards.

Due to the fast growth of Qooling, the Engineering Team is expanding. As The Lead Developer within Qooling, you will be responsible for the technology of the Qooling platform. Together with the CTO, you make sure that the platform is scalable.

A Day in the Life of a Lead Developer

As a Lead developer, you are the lead of the development team at Qooling. You will be the go-to person for the remote development team. Furthermore, you work closely with our CTO on how to best design the architecture of the platform from a scalability and security angle.

Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership & Guidance
• Provide technical direction and architecture decisions for projects.
• Guide team members in implementing best practices, coding standards, and efficient workflows.
• Ensure technical challenges are addressed and provide solutions or resources for solving them.
• Oversee code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming.
• Drive technical debt reduction initiatives.
