What will you be doing?

You will build real and meaningful relationships with our customers, developing a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the center of what we do. This role will work with our recon customers to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.

What does success look like?

Success will be determined by revenue and improved service provision and efficiency in business interactions with our customers. You will take strategic responsibility for your area, working with customers to deliver for our patients, maximizing sales revenue across the geography and impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.

Successful candidates would need the following :

  • Delivery of value-based business proposals to key target customers in defined accounts to meet in-year sales revenue targets
  • Strong focused account management of segmented 'Grow' & 'Maintain' accounts
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with local healthcare developments, assessing the territory and relevant market to identify emerging trends
  • Valid Driving License

Travel requirements : ~ 75%
