About Toppi

Toppi is a fast-growing SaaS startup based on the iconic Keizersgracht canal in Amsterdam. We build smart, intuitive AI software that helps businesses grow their online visibility and reputation.

We're on a mission to help local businesses grow by combining smart AI-driven marketing tools with expert services.

We’re now looking for a  driven, entrepreneurial, and Dutch-speaking Business Development Manager  to join our team and help scale our customer base across the Netherlands.

About you

  • You have great communication skills  - Ability to chat with anyone.
  • Own the full sales cycle  – From discovery to signed deal, you’ll lead prospects through every step.
  • Convert interest into revenue  – Engage warm inbound leads and drive outbound conversations
  • Build the pipeline  – Use smart tools and structured outreach to generate new opportunities.
  • Close deals with speed and care  – Prioritise velocity without sacrificing long-term relationships.
  • Drive insights back into the business  – Share learnings with product and marketing to improve Toppi’s offering.

  • You’re a doer  – You’re comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, and execute fast.
  • You’re a closer  – You know how to create urgency, handle objections, and bring deals over the line.
  • You’re strategic  – You don’t just follow a sales playbook — you help write it.
  • You understand small businesses  – You connect with entrepreneurs and know what matters to them.
  • You’re digitally fluent  – Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Notion, AI-based sales outreach tools, and CRM dashboards.
  • You move fast and learn faster  – You're excited by rapid iteration and growth.
