Position Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager Spain to expand our presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing key accounts with an annual spend potential of over €300K. This role will be central to driving new business, expanding our client portfolio, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and grow key accounts within the assigned market.
  • Pursue new business opportunities across retail brands, private label customers, e-commerce, and social selling companies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and driving new product orders from both existing and new key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch of new products and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated with industry trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development or key account management within the food supplements, skincare, or health and wellness sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage key accounts with an annual spend of over €300K.
  • Strong understanding of European markets and experience working with international clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple key accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to and within Spain.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
