Introductie

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage asset-based contracts with customers in key industries. The successful candidate will ensure the successful execution of contracts, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive profitability for the organization. You will join our Customer Asset Solutions team in the Netherlands, which consists of 6 business developers.

Functieomschrijving

  • Oversee and manage asset-based contracts with customers in district heating, chemical, petroleum-chemical, food and beverage, and paper and pulp industries, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, legal) to develop tailored contract proposals and solutions, while monitoring contract performance and compliance.
  • Act as the primary customer contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and driving contract renewals and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate contract records for compliance with internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, staying informed about industry regulations, legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the energy or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
