Electronics Engineering Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead our regional R&D objectives and global initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics and electrical engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in the automotive electronics field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to achieve project goals, ensuring that all new customer projects and advanced projects go smoothly, and supervising daily work to give direction and guidance to the team. They will also be responsible for managing resources, planning and coordinating activities, and organizing tools and processes to ensure the highest level of SW & HW development quality.

Key responsibilities include :
