The Job

As Operational Order Planner you will be responsible for the timely availability of our products at the various stock locations. You operate in an international environment. You take care of the purchasing process based on sales needs, agreed conditions and chosen suppliers. You place the purchase orders, you follow the progress of these orders and ensure solutions / escalations in the event of calamities. On a daily basis, you also monitor the availability of our items. Wherever you foresee problems, you take proactive action. You also identify and analyze bottlenecks in the processes, think and collaborate on improvements and follow relevant developments within your field.

Your Mission

  • Making an inventory of the needs and placing of purchase orders with the assigned suppliers;
  • Monitoring of agreed order and delivery conditions on the purchase orders placed, in particular checking for timely availability of ordered products;
  • Timely identification of potential availability challenges and ensuring the most optimal solution;
  • Registration of supplier performance and feedback to both stichd management and suppliers;
  • Point of contact for suppliers and ensuring flawless cooperation;
  • Initiating (mutual) improvement actions within the current processes;
  • Participating in improvement projects;
  • Other occurring relevant activities and / or projects.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Min 1-3 years’ experience in similar position
  • English on proficiency level
  • Accurate, hands-on, problem solving
