Beatgrid is looking for an extraordinary Project Manager to manage media research campaigns and ensure the success of our clients’ projects.
Working directly with the world’s leading brands, you will be a key touch point for our internal teams and our global clients. Your strong stakeholder management capabilities coupled with your exceptional project management skills will allow you to help our clients gain innovative insights into their advertising effectiveness. You will consistently execute and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining the speed and accuracy required to successfully delivery client projects. You’ll become an expert in utilizing our internal tools and processes to manage campaign insights and deliverables, sharing your learnings and best practices along the way.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch services in a fast turnaround advertising environment, managing expectations effectively.
- Learn and master company / industry-specific market research tools.
- Provide proactive insights regarding project status, including recommendations or solutions to ensure we deliver exceptional work.
- Clearly and effectively communicate project details (metrics, timelines) to colleagues and clients.
- Manage high-pressure situations, troubleshoot, and deliver results.
- Keep organized and focused, and take accountability for your actions.
- Embrace change, adaptability, and open-mindedness to contribute to the business’ success while being a team player.
- Take feedback, learn from mistakes, and guide other colleagues or clients while using your past experiences.
- Identify project issues, troubleshoot, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure survey quality by using current market research methodologies.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in advertising fieldwork – quantitative marketing research and project management experience preferred.Previous experience in account management and client success within advertising, media, or market research.Education : University graduate / bachelor’s degree graduate with research experience and / or equivalent experience preferred.Language : English at the business level. Dutch is an added bonus!Personality
