A strong command of Dutch (C1) and English (C1) is required, as you will assist with translations and official correspondence with local institutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rotterdam, Netherlands .
Key Responsibilities : Marketing & Events Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events , including trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
- Support trade delegations and organize international business visits.
- Promote the organization's presence at key industry events, ensuring visibility and engagement.
- Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and business partners.
Public Relations & Market Research
Monitor industry regulations, sustainability policies, and market trends in Europe.Prepare reports and briefings on key developments for internal stakeholders.Manage relationships with institutional partners, trade organizations, and industry players.Support external communication efforts, including public relations and branding initiatives.Administrative & Language Support
Translate and respond to official Dutch-language documents (e.g., tax authorities, municipalities, government bodies).Assist in compiling internal reports and maintaining organizational records.Provide general administrative support to the Regional Director .What We’re Looking For :
Fluency in English (C1) and Dutch (C1) is required. Fluency in French is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Relations , or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, event planning, PR, or administration.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-starter with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to engage with stakeholders.Passion for event organization and trade fair participation .Interest in market research, policy matters, and sustainability is a plus.
