• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse employees.
• Ensuring efficient planning and execution of logistics processes.
• Monitoring and improving inventory management and order picking.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Profiel What we are looking for in a Warehouse Supervisor :

• Minimum MBO-4 diploma in logistics or a related field.
• Experience in a leadership role within a logistics environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive work attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
