Machine operator punching / CNC sheet metal

Job description : Our client is a company that is distinctive and inspiring in making metal facades, perforated panels and sheet metal work for construction. As a machine operator, you set up the punching and setting machine based on drawings and order guidance notes from CNC programs. You ensure that the right tools are ready. You also check the quality of the produced (partial) products. You comply with guidelines, work instructions and procedures that relate to our quality systems. You are part of our production team, work closely with the entire team and report to the production manager.What does your day look like? You set up the punch and CNC sheet metal processing based on the drawing You make parts in accordance with the order guidance note You ensure that malfunctions on the machine are (partly) resolved (storage service) You carry out simple maintenance on the machines and / or support the supplier / technician in having maintenance work carried out If necessary, you guide and support other machine operators and production employees You ensure that machines, tools and our workplace are kept clean and insulated (for safety) You think along about creative and ready for production and also expresses this
