As a Building Services Engineer, you will be a crucial member of our team, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced building systems. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Close collaboration with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated designs for building services that align with project goals.
  • Designing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems that comply with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conducting thorough feasibility studies, energy simulations, and cost analyses to inform design decisions and optimize building performance.
  • Utilizing advanced software tools to model, simulate, and visualize building systems for effective planning and communication.
  • Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency, sustainability, and user comfort through innovative designs and technology integration.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in building services, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software for design and analysis of building services (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, energy modeling software).
  • Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
  • Project management skills to oversee building-related aspects of projects and ensure timely completion.
