Job Description

The Role

The Data Driven Engineering team from Bosch Transmission Technology is looking for an enthusiastic intern!

Our team focuses on data-driven development for a wide range of industrial and automotive products. We manage the entire digital lifecycle, from gathering requirements to data ingestion, analysis, and dashboard creation. By addressing specific use cases for various products, we ensure data is effectively utilized to drive innovation and informed decision-making throughout the development process.

Your Tasks

Define and develop a standard for dashboard design, focusing on user experience (UX) across various end-user groups, from engineers to manufacturing plant operators;
Create mock-up designs for dashboards using appropriate platforms, prioritizing ease of use and clarity;
Conduct feedback sessions with multiple end-users to gather insights and improve dashboard designs based on their needs;
Apply the newly developed dashboard standard to existing dashboards, enhancing the overall user experience;
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent UX design principles are implemented across all dashboard projects.

Qualifications

What You Bring :

You are currently studying UX designor a similar direction;

You are proficient in Dutch and English verbal and written;

You are available for the minimum internship period of 3-6 months;

You can work at our office inTilburg;

You are based in the Netherlands, preferably nearTilburg.

What distinguishes you :

Affinity with end user interactions & feedbacks;

Affinity with UX, data engineering and analysis;

Experienced in Microsoft Azure and Power BI or similar dashboarding tools;

Entrepreneurial and self-managing mindset;

Strong motivation;

Creative mind and a good organizer;

Team player and able to work independently;

Proactive and not afraid to take charge;

Open attitude, suitable for an internationally oriented environment;

You are interested in and / or have an affinity with technical products.
