Track Concepts (part of UNITH) is a global mobile content services provider. For over 15 years, we deliver mobile content including games, videos, e-books and AI-powered digital humans to millions of customers worldwide (operating in 40+ countries).

We are looking for an intern to support Track Concept's commercial team. In this role, relationship management is key! You will support our Sales & Operations Manager and manage the relationships with our marketing partners (affiliates and media buyers), as well as contributing to the development of AI-powered digital humans.

Key Responsibilities

  • After an intensive training-on-the-job, you should be able to understand the dynamic world of mobile content & AI products
  • You will prepare (parts of) reports
  • You will prepare and send out newsletters
  • You will help clients with their online performance (check conversion rate, click-through rate etc)
  • You will A / B test campaigns (knowledge of online marketing is a bonus)
  • You will be a point of contact for day-to-day questions
  • You will make sure that the signed contracts will be correctly managed
  • You will be part of the day to day job of the commercial teams in ‘’winning’’ new clients and satisfying existing clients needs
  • Achieving client satisfaction targets by providing excellent quality and speedy day to day support to our clients
  • Understanding client needs by owning, troubleshooting and resolving their queries
  • You will support the Operations team in creating AI products
  • You will help test AI conversations in different languages

Requirements

  • You are currently living in Amsterdam and enrolled as a student on a Dutch University or doing the Erasmus course
  • Available for 5-6 months starting in January or February 2025
  • Good problem-solving- and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a proactive “can do” attitude and assertiveness needed to get things done
  • Are comfortable working in a digitally enabled environment
  • Are comfortable working with numbers and have and affinity with data analysis
  • Have a professional curiosity and you are eager to learn
  • Have an affinity for online (affiliate) marketing
  • Are responsible and reliable
  • Team player
  • Fluent in business English, both written & verbal.
  • Fluent, both written & verbal in any of these languages is a plus; Arabic, French, Polish.
