Regulatory Services Officer

Your responsibilities

As a Regulatory Services Officer you will be part of a team of specialists working on the
reportings for the Administration des Contributions Directes (“ACD”). Key responsibilities
include:

• Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FACTA”) / Common Reporting Standards
  (“CRS”)
  
o Client due diligence procedures that fully comply with regulatory requirements
o Registration of Financial Institutions with relevant tax authorities
o Preparation and submission of CRS and FACTA reports to ACD
o Ensure the respect of the deadlines
o Provide status updates to the Business Units, the directors and the
management team
o Follow-up any regulation update
o Training of people

• Country-by-Country reports (“CbCR”)
  
o Preparation and submission of the CbC notifications to ACD
o Ensure the respect of the deadlines
o Provide status updates to the Business Units, the directors and the
management team
o Follow-up any regulation update
o Training of people

Your profile:

• You obtained a university degree in business administration, finance, tax law or
  any related field
  
• You have an interest in FACTA regulation, CRS and CbCR. A first experience in
  this field would be an asset
  
• You possess excellent communication skills
  
• You are able to work autonomously, you are rigorous and well-organised
  
• You have a professional scepticism
  
• You are good in using MS Excel
  
• Knowledge of Fundsquare application is a plus
  
• You are fluent in English
