Our client is an informal organization with nine bakeries spread across the Netherlands. As a family business with a rich history dating back to the 20th century, they produce a wide range of bread products for the retail market. The production facility is highly automated and designed to be efficient and well-organized.

As a process operator, you will work full-time in an industrial bakery in the Waalwijk region. You will start in a 3-shift system and quickly transition to a 5-shift system. For this, you will receive a gross monthly salary of up to €3,533, excluding a variable allowance averaging 34%. Experience in the food industry is required.

Wij bieden

• A gross monthly salary between €2687 - €3533, excluding allowances;
• A 34% shift allowance between 18 : 00 and 06 : 00;
• A 200% allowance after Saturday 18 : 00 until Sunday 00 : 00;
• A full-time job, 38 hours per week;
• 25 vacation days per year;
• 8% vacation allowance;

As a process operator, you perform various tasks depending on your knowledge and experience. You are responsible for preparing different types of dough and monitoring their quality. Additionally, you work with various machines, ensure they are correctly adjusted, and carry out minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing parts and lubricating moving components.
