Maintenance Technician
As a maintenance technician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the equipment’s integrity and reliability meets the highest standards. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and documenting all activities according to our GMP and internal guidelines, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of IDB production equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute maintenance tasks (with vendor support in specific fields) both within and outside the GMP production area.
Perform corrective maintenance, addressing first-line failures promptly.Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in planning scheduled stops.Execute inspective maintenance as per specified protocols.Handle calibration at specified intervals, ensuring proper documentation.Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to prioritize tasks and devise solutions for technical challenges.Control and manage spare parts for production equipment in coordination with the Maintenance / Reliability Engineer.Contribute to continuous improvement, offering insights into equipment modifications and overall process enhancements based on maintenance activities.Support validation activities according to defined protocols.Assist the Maintenance / Reliability Engineer in preparing maintenance interventions.Develop, revise, and review technical documents such as work instructions, job plans, and HECPs.Provide technical training to operators when necessary.Profile Requirements :
Minimum MBO+ or HBO degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (MTS).Preferred Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in (pharmaceutical) GMP or isotope manufacturing.Strong focus on safety, with the ability to work in an organized and structured manner following protocols and standards.Analytical skills and an Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS) approach.Attention to detail, with the ability to view processes from both the end-user and engineering perspectives.
