OMA's Rotterdam office is looking for an HR Officer to join our team. As HR Officer, you have a broad role in which, together with the rest of the HR team, you are responsible for managing all aspects of our HR processes and employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for our colleagues regarding questions about personnel policies, people operations and employment conditions. In addition to managing communication with our employees, the HR Officer is responsible for providing advice and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.
The HR department in Rotterdam is responsible for implementing and managing all processes and policies related to the employee lifecycle in our offices worldwide. This includes processes related to recruitment, employee benefits, salary administration, sick leave, health and safety, and immigration procedures.
In this role, you are a connector within the organization. You are hands on, exceptionally organized, your priority is the people, you have excellent communication skills, as well as expert knowledge of HR policies and Dutch labour law.
