In IT, our responsibility is to provide the best possible infrastructure for the operating systems and network that our colleagues use. We work to optimize the ways our colleagues communicate, collaborate and automate routine tasks through IT systems.

Your responsibilities as an IT System Administrator

If you are familiar with Windows Operating System, Office Applications, Network and your English is fluent, then it is a great opportunity for you! Are you able to communicate with all the levels in the organization? Also able to translate “IT language” into “user language” and backwards? Great, because that is what we are looking for!

Your main responsibilities include :

  • Keep systems hardware and software uptime;
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes;
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers;
  • Design and install LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments;
  • Potentially install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, services, settings, directories in accordance with requirements;
  • Maintain network and system security;
  • Enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure;
  • Assist project teams with technical issues;
  • Research and recommend innovative automated approaches for system administration tasks;
  • Follow GMP / GDP rules.

Skills and personality that will make you succeed

As a person, we're looking for someone who is action-oriented, self-organised and flexible, who can multi-task and solve problems easily.

In addition, we expect that you :

  • Have at least secondary education (BSc degree in IT sciences is an advantage);
  • Have 3+ years relevant experience in the same field;
  • Have Systems Administration experience in Microsoft;
  • Are open to work in a hybrid style (possibility to work 2 days from home);
  • Certification in Network, Server admin, IT Professional or MSA is optional.

    Our main location is our production site on Maglódi street, but you also need to support our office in Kerepesi street from time to time. Regarding our amazing team, you will work closely with 4 full-time, and 3 student colleagues. We are working in a 1-month time frame from Monday to Friday. In general, we are not working during the weekend, except 1 or 2 times per year for scheduled maintenance work.

    The actual operation is running from 7AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday, so we have to be “on-call” 7-8 times in a year. The on call duty is rotating among the Local IT team members, which means that one of the local admins will provide support when the IT operation team is not in the office.
