What does a Scrum Master at Coolblue do?
You help teams become even better at their work by providing them the observations and guidance for them to reflect and take ownership to improve. You are able to inspect and adapt outside the Scrum framework, but within the Agile mindset. In pursuit of that, you work on a concrete assignment, together with 1 or more development teams / domains. Your assignment can change due to changing priorities in the roadmaps, giving you the opportunity to get to know multiple development teams / domains and to grow in a direction that fits you. You enjoy doing this
- Coaching colleagues on improving their collaboration and applying the Agile mindset.
- Coaching (development) teams on their team dynamics.
- Creating and facilitating training and workshops in the range of ‘Team Dynamics for teams’ to Scrum Fundamentals, to effective decision-making for teams.
- Collaborating in a centralized team of Scrum Masters and having the opportunity to collaborate and build scaled agile initiatives in the organization.
You recognize yourself in the following
You have at least 3 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master including a PSM I certificate.PSM II, Kanban, and / or LeSS certification are a plus.You have a European passport and live already in the Netherlands (relocation not possible).You're willing to, besides our office at Rotterdam, work at our other locations (Utrecht & Tilburg).You’re passionate about being part of a team that creates and applies systemic improvements.You have practical experience in working with multiple teams and individuals in a co-located environment.You’re proficient in determining what your team needs in order to reach their goal.You speak English, Level B2.You have strong analytical and communication skills (active listening, asking powerful questions, giving and receiving feedback), are eager to learn, and have a genuine interest in people and teams.This is what you’re looking for in a job
