Join our journey in shaping the future of mobility together!

Are you excited to embrace a new challenge at a leading global automotive company? Do you have a passion for supporting employees and managers while driving impactful HR initiatives? Within our HR department, we are looking for an HR Advisor to help shape our workplace culture and ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies. Will you join us in our mission to drive the future of mobility together?

Your responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in fostering a well-organised and supportive working environment. Acting as a reliable partner to management, supervisors, and employees, you will ensure the smooth implementation of HR policies while supporting the organisation's day-to-day operations. From advising managers on HR matters to assisting employees with queries and preparing entries for payroll administration on a monthly basis, your contributions will be highly valued.

In this position, you will draft employment contracts and ensure compliance with collective labour agreements (CLA) and internal HR policies, such as those outlined in the employee handbook. You will handle employment term changes, focusing on driving efficiencies through digitalisation of HR processes. As part of your responsibilities, you will support the implementation of digital tools and streamline workflows, helping to reduce inefficiencies within the HR department by using automation in HRIS.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide practical guidance on HR-related matters and offer input to improve HR policies. The role also involves administrative and reporting responsibilities, such as registering and verifying information with external partners, including payroll processors and audits. You will support the organisation of events like anniversaries or retirements and prepare monthly management reports, such as FTE overviews, headcount data, and absenteeism rates, to assist the HR Manager in monitoring key organisational metrics.

This role also provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth. With your proactive approach and dedication, you can develop the skills and expertise needed to grow into an HR Business Partner role, where you will take on even greater responsibility in aligning HR strategy with organisational goals.

This is your chance to make a tangible difference in creating an efficient and inclusive workplace while driving digital transformation and advancing your career in HR.

As an HR Advisor, you excel in a role that requires a customer-focused and people-oriented approach. You are helpful and approachable, ensuring employees and managers feel supported in every interaction. With a structured way of working, you are able to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring clarity and efficiency in your processes. Your strong stakeholder management skills allow you to build and maintain relationships across various departments, and you communicate effortlessly at different levels within the organization, adapting your style to suit the audience and context.

This role requires a proactive HR professional with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You should have a solid understanding of labour regulations, HR processes, and best practices, as well as experience using HR systems and data analytics tools for reporting.
