Manpower is looking for aWarehouse Specialist for a company inWaalwijk

As the Warehouseand Inventory Control Manager, your responsibilities willinclude :

  • Managing inbound shipmentsand Inventory Control
  • Monitoring andcoordinating Suppliers' warehouse operations for Raw Materialreceiving, storage, Pick & Pack, and Finished Goods
  • Ensuring warehouse team compliance with WorkInstructions and SOPs, conducting audits as needed
  • Maintaining consistency between systeminventory data and physical materials
  • Supervising Suppliers' cycle counts andstocktaking, analyzing discrepancies and implementing actionmeasures
  • Controlling warehousing costs andimproving efficiency
  • Reviewing and updatingSOPs regularly
  • Coordinating Suppliers'response to urgent requests
  • CoordinatingSuppliers' involvement in improvement projects
  • Arranging raw materials transport betweenfactories

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics / Logistics orSupply Chain
  • Minimum three years of relevantexperience in warehouse management; preferably in electronicsmanufacturing-related factories or warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in WMS systems, Lean Warehouseoperation, Continuous Improvement, and Project management isadvantageous
  • Excellent communication skills inboth written and verbal English and Chinese
  • Strong logical thinking and a strategicapproach
  • Demonstrated ability to takeresponsibility with a positive attitude.
