Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is fluent in Turkish to join our team and lead our sales and marketing efforts in the shipping parts industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling shipping parts, a vast network within the industry, and a strong strategic mindset to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the sales and marketing operations of shipping parts, including engines, air compressors, and other essential equipment.
  • Lead sales efforts, identify new opportunities, and convert leads into profitable deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in bidding processes, preparing proposals, and ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the company’s presence in the shipping parts market.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the maritime industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the shipping parts or maritime industry.
  • Strong industry connections and a network of potential clients.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex products such as engines, compressors, and other shipping-related parts.
  • Ability to manage the bidding process and prepare competitive proposals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (additional languages are a plus).
