Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and Lead Architectural Direction : Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for SCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology trends.
  • Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design and implementation of complex, cross-functional SCM solutions, including but not limited to :
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting : Develop and implement solutions for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain planning.
  • Procurement & Sourcing : Design and implement solutions for procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Logistics & Transportation : Architect solutions for efficient and cost-effective logistics and transportation operations.
  • Warehouse Management : Design and implement solutions for warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and material handling.
  • Technology Evaluation & Selection : Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for SCM solutions, including cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS solutions (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud), and emerging technologies like AI / ML.
  • Integration & Interoperability : Ensure seamless integration between SCM systems and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM).
  • Technology Roadmap Development : Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for SCM solutions, aligning with business priorities and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Thought Leadership : Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the SCM domain and contribute to thought leadership within the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM processes and best practices.
  • Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with one or more major ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
  • Fluency in one or more European languages (German, French, Dutch) is a strong plus.
