Tasks

Collaborate with the Platform Services Squad to manage and implement the Oracle Flexcube application globally;
Utilize your expertise in deploying and supporting WebLogic, Oracle database, and Linux-based environments to ensure seamless technical operations;
Read and work with scripts (Python, Bash, or others) and contribute to automation efforts;
Test and validate technical implementations before global deployment;
Prioritize tasks effectively, communicate directly, and work as a team player.

Technical Skills Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in WebLogic (version 12c+ preferred) for configuration and implementation;

Proficiency in Oracle database managing multi-environments;

Experience in a Linux-based environment;

Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or others), with the ability to write scripts from scratch for automation (nice to have);

Enterprise application experience is essential;

Monitoring experience (Splunk or similar tools) is a plus;

Oracle Flexcube experience is learnable but a similar application background is advantageous.

Soft Skills and Personal Attributes

Strong prioritization skills;

Direct communicator and ability to assertively say no when necessary;

Team player with fluent English communication skills;

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
