Job Description
The Director of Billing Operations is responsible for leading all international billing processes of the Global Customer Finance Operations organization (GCFO), which oversees order-to-cash processes for Advertising Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Networks, and Brand Development, among other NBCU businesses. This role reports to the Sr. Director GCFO Operations. The scope of GCFO's overall billing is ~$16 billion a year, of which International makes up ~$ 6 billion and encompasses over 150 company codes, varied currencies, tax structures, and systems.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent in a finance related area ( HEAO BE);
Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a similar position within an international environment (Entertainment industry preferred);
Experience in Licensing or royalty based contracts
Experienced people manager : proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire high performance within a high paced environment;
Proactive coach and mentor, positive influencer : demonstrated background in developing team’s collective, and individual, skills;
Ability to lead an off-site team effectively;
Excellent problem solving & decision-making skills. Able to work to tight deadlines.
Persuasive communicator : proven ability to work across functions and manage key stakeholders, ability to ensure clarity of information, and to eliminate any ambiguity and confusion that may exist
Ability to effectively present business initiatives and project plans
Proven Project management skills
Fluent in English other European language is a pre

Experienced CRM user ( SAP)
