Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support of Computerized Systems :
Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy
User administration and support deployment of new toolsReporting periodicallyPerforming system reviews (for GMP systems) and backupsRegular contacts and cooperation with software providersLab IT supportPrepare documentation of installations
Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutionsTroubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systemsRequirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related areaOver 2 years of experience working in a desk-side support environmentGood understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)IT knowledge is requiredAbility and willingness to work in a paper-based environmentFlexible and team oriented personCollaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his / her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholdersExperienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptableFluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three monthsBenefits
