About the role

As a Customer Support Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and care. Your goal is to ensure that customers feel supported, understood, and satisfied every step of the way.

Your responsibilities

Deliver world-class service via phone and email in Dutch and Polish
Resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently with lasting solutions
Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and case records
Proactively suggest improvements to processes and workflows
Demonstrate flexibility in your daily tasks and schedule
Work collaboratively across departments
Adapt to new tools, programs and changes within the company

Your profile

Fluent in Dutch and Polish , both written and spoken

Comfortable communicating in English (company language)

Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Great problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills

Eager to share knowledge and support others

Proactive, flexible, and open to change

What we offer you

Gross monthly salary : €2,600 – €3,000 (based on 40 hours + 8% holiday pay)

5% annual bonus
