MY client is a global computer hardware manufacturer specializing in creating ICT solutions for digital signage, retail, small & medium businesses, and corporate sectors. As a multi-channel organization, we sell our products to customers through a network of distributors and resellers. We have offices in America, Taiwan, Australia, China, and Japan. The headquarters for EMEA, where you will be working, is located in 's-Hertogenbosch and has about 20 employees. We enjoy having lunch together, and this company regularly organizes fun team activities. Additionally, we have work-related activities such as team-building sessions where we discuss new ideas to become even more successful. Functieomschrijving

As a sales support representative, you will work very independently and be the direct point of contact for our customers and your sales colleagues in Europe. You become involved with the customer as soon as the Sales Manager has secured an order. Once you are trained and have mastered the standard sales and administrative processes, you can gradually take on an increasing portion of the sales work. This includes independently taking and processing orders and following up with customers regarding invoices and test samples.Your service-oriented attitude enables you to keep customers satisfied. You can instruct customers and colleagues in a pleasant manner to ensure you receive the correct information to process orders quickly and accurately. The regions you will be working for include Spain, France, England, and the Benelux. If you speak Spanish or French, you can put these skills to good use. In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales. Summary of Your Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Act as a contact person for customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa;
  • Manage the entire administrative order process : gathering information from customers, sales managers, or product managers to process orders;
  • Answer customer inquiries during both the purchase and after-sales phases;
  • Inform customers about the status of their orders, implement changes, and communicate this both internally and to the customer;
  • Be involved in the commercial, logistical, and financial process.

  • Has at least an MBO work and thinking level;
  • Possesses strong communication and administrative skills;
  • Is proficient in English and French or Spanish , both spoken and written;
  • Has good knowledge and experience with Excel;
  • Shows initiative and is energetic.
