About the role
Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for people to join the small-cap and mid-cap M&A teams in our Amsterdam office. With Oaklins' international focus, you will be working across different sectors in cross-border deal teams. We are looking for people that are motivated, eager to learn, and are passionate about M&A transactions.

What you'll do
As a key member of our team, you will have an opportunity to add value through :
- Your high level of responsibility in executing complex (international) M&A transactions
- Engaging with interesting clients from all sectors and, depending on your experience, be the primary point of contact for our clients
- Developing detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Being in charge of overseeing and conducting daily meetings, reviews, metrics, and clear documentation of follow-ups with businesses
- The opportunity to become a project leader, where you will be in charge of the overall activities of the deal team
- Training and mentoring analysts, but also have the opportunity to develop yourself by attending both internal and external training programmes
- Working with ambitious and motivated colleagues in deal teams that consist of three to five persons
Who you are
At least three years of relevant M&A and / or Corporate Finance experience working for an investment bank, Big Four audit firm, or reputable boutiqueExcellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbalStrong technical skills (e.g. financial analysis and modelling)Confident and approachableSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding work ethicAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlinesHave a keen eye for detailProficiency in MS OfficeThe perks
