Introduction

During your internship you will play a crucial role in creating engaging training content by handling tasks such as helping with content preparation, video recording and editing. You'll be able to collaborate with subject matter experts to actively participate in the development of impactful training solutions. This is a great opportunity to get to know all aspects of ASML, the pioneer of the high-tech industry, influence the trainings, and make a difference by bringing a creative perspective to enhance the overall quality of training materials.

Your assignment

During your internship you will work on :

Training design and development : Enhance your skills in training design (including story line).
Video Production : Apply skills in video recording and editing.
Collaboration : Engage with subject matter experts for a hands-on training development experience.
Company insight : Understand the inner workings of a leading large scale company, gain knowledge of various aspects of procedure writing process, contributing to your professional growth.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Reviewing and enhancing training content from a learning perspective.

Assisting in the creation of computer-based training modules.

Recording and editing videos to deliver engaging and effective training material.

This is an apprentice internship (to gain work experience) for preferrably 6 months. The start date of this internship is February 2025.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you :

Have a background in Educational technology, Media and Communication, Instructional design or similar;

Have a genuine interest in training design and development;

Have knowledge of basic video editing tools (Camtasia, etc.);

Have knowledge of Text to Speech tools;

Have analytical skills to dive into defined topics;

Are creative and have an eye for detail;

Other requirements you need to meet

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living / studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV / motivation letter must include your willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
