Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to join their EMEA team at their headquarters in Den Bosch. This position offers the opportunity to work with global teams and make a tangible impact on the quality and compliance of their products across the region.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product development and sourcing teams across various international locations, as well as with quality colleagues in other regions. You will be instrumental in ensuring the company’s global quality standards are met and continuously improved. The role focuses primarily on the EMEA region, with travel making up approximately 30% of your time to oversee production starts and maintain close relationships with production partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the go-to quality assurance expert, supporting product development and sourcing teams daily.
  • Ensure compliance with international, national, and client-specific standards.
  • Translate complex quality and compliance topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, as well as testing and inspection agencies.
  • Lead initiatives to continually improve global quality processes and systems.

Your ability to uphold and improve quality standards while maintaining a customer-centric and commercially-aware approach will be one of your biggest challenges—and achievements. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are driven by a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Beyond that, you bring :

  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance, ideally in kitchenware, toys, or similar consumer product categories.
  • Strong analytical skills and a process-driven mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel across the EMEA region 30% of your work time
  • The ability to simplify complex compliance matters and communicate them effectively.
  • A natural drive to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Confidence, decisiveness, and the ability to take ownership of challenges.
