Description

In this role as a Financial Accountant within the Finance team, you'll be responsible for managing and controlling costs across different business areas. You'll provide crucial support to various stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial records in a complex global setting. Your knack for organization and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in navigating the dynamic nature of the job within a large international organization.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Scrutinizing and pre-assigning purchase invoices.
• Conducting monthly expense assessments for business segments and cost centers.
• Ensuring accurate allocation of periodic expenses.
• Assisting in monthly and annual financial closures.
• Overseeing and managing the technical aspects of internal order cost recording.
• Initiating and overseeing purchase order creation.
• Managing reconciliation and invoicing for Intercompany balances.
• Supervising and maintaining compliance with the Working Cost Scheme.
• Monitoring and managing assorted email inboxes.
