For our Energy Power business unit we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person in the role of Technical Sales Engineer for developing our hydrogen power system business in commercial industrial and utility applications.
- Communicating with design engineering team to establish technical and product database for business requirements in EMEA
- Support marketing team to create marketing collaterals for business requirements in EMEA
- Able to understand customer requirements and proposing technical solutions to meet customer needs
- Leading the preparation of technical proposals quotes and other relevant documentation with associated departments
- Responsible for sales and product training to the distributors or customers as a technical expert
- Monitoring local grid codes legislation and standards
- Market feedback to design engineering team for improvement
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies
- Assisting onsite technical support at the customer site for complex technical challenges
- Assisting and planning installation & service trainings to the customer
- Identifying target market segments customers and applications
- Developing sales strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Revenue forecasting
- Identifying business opportunities in the target segments : Utility Commercial & Industrial
- Relationship management with key customers and stakeholders
- Price and contract negotiation
- Supervising project progress
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering power system engineering or related field13 years of experience on renewable energy system hydrogen power system or battery energy storage solutionsGood technical knowledge of energy system architecture system integration communication interfaces etc.Ability to specify customer requirements and communicate with the product management & development teamGood understanding of sales and business development processesAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsGood legal understanding of contracts and good negotiation skillsCapable of selfmanaging the daily tasks with the ability to work independently as well as part of an international teamStrong problemsolving analytical skills and customer focusProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsFluent English (spoken and written is essential) and Dutch / German / Spanish / French (advantage)In possession of a driving licenseRemote Work : Employment Type :
