My client is currently looking for a Werkvoorbereider with BIM engineering experience to join their team based in South Holland. The client specialise in the Construction industry with a focus on HVAC systems and ventilation.

The client is searching for an English speaker to support them. They are looking for somebody to be based out of their Engineering office near Den Hague, to support with work preparation, BIM design engineering for HVAC systems and client communication.

Werkvoorbereider – BIM Engineering – Netherlands – English Speaking – Permanent Contract

Position : Werkvoorbereider - BIM Engineering

Start : ASAP

Contract Type : Permanent

Location : Rotterdam Region

SALARY : €3500 - €4500 per month + 8% + package

Day to Day :

  • Design engineering for HVAC / BIM systems
  • Work planning, scheduling and preparation
  • Working closely with leading engineers and coordinating project managers
  • Working and communicating with clients

Essential skills :

  • Experience working with design software such as Revit or similar
  • Background working with HVAC equipment or on BIM engineering
  • 2-5+ years' experience working on work preparation, planning and scheduling
  • Fluent English speaking is essential
