Function Description :

The Board and Management Team of Additive Industries consider human resource management a key responsibility and have implemented a structured HR policy and process from the start. HR plays an important role in making our recruitment, talent development and team satisfaction future proof and a benchmark in the (Dutch) high-tech industry. Our ambitions to grow require a next step; as our HR Officer you will play an important role in attracting and retaining the right talent to grow our company further.

As a HR Officer who has some experience or is just graduated, you have refreshing ideas to hire and retain the best new team members for the Additive Industries team. Not only for the headquarters in Eindhoven, but also for our team members in the UK, Germany, France, North America and Asia. Together with the Manager HR you further professionalize the services delivered to our internal customers.

Tasks / responsibilities :

  • Organizing the timely availability of new team members; pro-actively sourcing the right talent and guarding a qualitative candidate experience as well as ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
  • Contact with Universities and other Schools for talented interns, graduation and graduated students, recruit students (including writing assignments).
  • Labor market communications (content) and recruitment event participation.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records and HR databases, while complying with data protection regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR related matters, including policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure the successful integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Contribute to the creation of employee training initiatives and development programs to enhance future proof employee skills and competencies.
  • Support in HR Projects and initiatives you proposed to the Manager Human Resources.
  • Be back-up for other support teams, e.g. for financial administration.

Reporting :

The HR Officer will report to the Manager Human Resources

Knowledge and Experience

Education :

  • Bachelor or Master in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar
  • Experience / skills :

  • 1 - 2 years of successful experience in a similar role
  • Creative and stress resilient
  • Well organized
  • Accurate
  • Ability to balance openness and privacy, build trust among a diverse team
  • Good communicator (in Dutch and English), both verbally, in writing and presenting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and digital HR solutions
