Prologis is seeking an Analyst Capital Markets for its subsidiary in Amsterdam. In this role, you will gain broad exposure across all functions within Treasury Europe and Capital Markets . Your primary focus will be on analysing and modelling debt strategies , supporting the structuring and execution of those strategies, and managing the closing of loans and bond issuances —including sustainable financing instruments such as Green Bonds .
You will also develop strong working relationships with lenders, supporting debt and ESG reporting and responding to information requests from financial institutions. In addition, this role includes close collaboration with global teams across Treasury , Capital Deployment , Strategic Capital & Fund Management , and Cash Management to ensure comprehensive support on financing and reporting activities.

Your general tasks & responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver various debt finance solutions & products : Treasury transaction models & structuring, deal cash flows, ad-hoc analysis and Fund model input.
- Organize and prepare presentations for internal & external stakeholders (e.g. rating agencies, Fixed Income Investors, Accounting, Tax)
- Be responsible for underwriting input, structuring inputs and model creation
- Take part in Debt Strategy discussions & analysis, work on detailed cashflow modelling including providing debt inputs and review of debt sections / underwriting of committee memos.
- Work on ESG Financing requests and Green Bond reporting including the annual report
- Monitor Green / Sustainability metrics & reporting for inclusion in reports to investors.
- Support Identification & structuring of collateral packages for financing purposes as well as collateral packages for modelling & loan structuring with lenders
- Participate in the negotiation of finance & security documents as a deal team member
- Delivery of ongoing covenant reporting requirements including compliance certificates & financial reports and analyses to lending institutions
- Build lasting relationships with agency & lender relationship management and reporting sections of credit departments of lending institutions. Participate in bank and stakeholder meetings, with relationship managers.
- Review, analyze and produce quarterly and ad hoc debt reporting & forward-looking models, provide recommendations and monitor debt covenant forecasting
- Exposure to a wide range of cross-functional European and Global teams within Prologis related to financing, ESG, i.e. Capital Deployment, Strategic Capital, Fund Management and Cash Management.
