Your Role :

As a Territory Sales Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across the Netherlands. You will work closely with hospitals, surgeons, and key stakeholders to provide innovative solutions that transform organ transplantation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, and distributors
  • Identify new opportunities and provide expert consultation on medical solutions
  • Deliver product training and support to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals

What You Need :

  • Proven experience in medical device sales
  • Strong network within Dutch hospitals and healthcare institutions
  • Ability to manage sales cycles and negotiate with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
