Project Coordinator Trading

What you will be doing :

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, international team? At XD Connects, we’re seeking a passionate and driven Project Coordinator to join our trading team based in Rijswijk.

If you enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish, excel at coordinating customer projects, solving problems, and negotiating with suppliers, this could be the perfect role for you!

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee a diverse range of projects. You’ll start by responding to customer inquiries, setting deadlines, and providing pricing to secure orders. From there, you’ll manage the entire process, from product sampling and full-scale production in the Far East to ensuring timely and effective delivery.

This role is highly diverse, giving you the opportunity to work with international teams, clients, and suppliers on unique and customized promotional products. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree (hbo) or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Some experience in sales or project coordination
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
• Calm and rational under pressure
• Ability to work independently and come up with solutions, both individually and within the team
• Service-oriented with clear communication skills
